Where We Work
Transform Nepal has prioritized Madhesh Province as the focused work area. Madhesh Province is one the poorest provinces in term of multi-dimensional poverty. Depending on the nature of the work, we also reach out to other parts of Nepal. We select our working area following poverty, health, and poverty indicators. We follow Nepal government priorities while selecting a working.
How We Work?
Transform Nepal works as a catalyst for community transformation. We use wholistic development approaches. We work in partnership with our partners. We collaborate with the Government of Nepal, local communities, and key leaders of a community to sustain our work. We work through community mobilization. We empower the community to take ownership of their development. We mobilize local resources. We respect the local knowledge and skills facilitating the community people to use them for their development. We are inclusive. We do not discriminate against anyone anyway.
Our Capacity
Transform Nepal has well facilitated Offices in Kathmandu and Sarlahi. We have all the equipment needed for our program. We have long experience implementing projects. We have qualified and experienced staffs and volunteers. We are guided by our policies like Manual of Human Resource and Administration, Manual of Financial Management, Child Protection Policy, Gender and Inclusion Policy and governance policy.
